- A graduate in English and a post graduate in law, she has been associated with a leading law firm in the eighties. She has been an integral part of KW Conferences since its inception. In the subsequent years of handling the business of conferences, she has been instrumental in the growth and direction of KWC. Her extensive understanding of the industry includes hands on experience in all its key aspects. At present her primary focus is business development.
- A graduate in English and a post graduate in Mass Communication, Rashmi began her career in advertising. Subsequently she worked in the travel industry and with a leading leather merchandise exporter. Rashmi joined KW in 1996 and over the past years has developed a strong understanding of all aspects of the business with a strong focus on operations and service delivery.
- A post graduate in Physics and a post graduate in computer science. Worked for 25 years in the IT industry and was Senior Director in the National Informatics Centre, the chief government computerization agency. He invested in KWC at the request of his friend Jon Wade, and today supports various aspects of the business "pitch" documents for new business, relationship and service delivery for government conferences and all technology capability.
- A graduate in Mechanical Engineering, he assisted in running an Engineering Industry for 16 years before joining KWC. He has been instrumental in the growth of Hyderabad Office and the South India operations of KWC since 2005. Well networked, Arjun is a 'peoples person', very adept at understanding and finding satisfactory solutions to the client's needs.
- A Business Leader with almost 25 years of multi-discipline, multi-business experience across geographies and cultures. Till recently, he was the Senior Executive and India Leader, American Express. Sanjay is on the Board of Directors for companies such as Bharti AXA, Investment Managers, Klassic Klarol Filters and Grow Talent. He serves in an advisory capacity with Schneider Electric India amongst others. He is also heavily engaged in the development sector: a Trustee for Charities Aid Foundation (India), on the Advisory Board of Acumen Fund India and NGOs like Udayan Care and Pravah to name a few. Sanjay is a key member of the KW Board adding his experience to enable its growth strategy.
